Why should I study this subject?
Religious Studies gives students the opportunity to explore the big questions about life and God and to make sense of the world around them. It is important to study religion as it gives students another way in which to deal with the increasing pressures in society today.
Religious Studies is a chance for everyone to share their ideas and opinions about what really matters to them, in an open and relaxed environment.
Students will be required to respect and listen to other people’s views and opinions. They will also be expected to express their own opinions in a clear and balanced way and approach issues in a sensitive manner.
